    The 2007 theme and story line will be posted for public view on October 1. As is BEST's tradition, these are kept secret from the participating teams until they attend their local hub's Kick Off Day. Hubs have the option of holding Kick Off Day on any weekend in September, so the last possible kick off weekend is Sept. 29th.

    Go for the gas! Teams that used this strategy scored high in the Tennessee Valley BEST robotics competition at Calhoun Community College.
    The Holly Pond school robotics team spent last week gearing up for a contest held Saturday at Calhoun Community College in Decatur. The team finished eighth out of 18 schools.
